Late Alex Ibru

The death of Mr. Alex Ibru, the Chairman/Publisher of the Guardian Newspapers have been announced. Mr. Ibru died this morning after an unnamed illness.

The late Alex Ibru was a businessman and a former Minister of Internal Affairs during the regime of late General Sani Abacha.

He was a younger brother of Chief Michael Ibru, the founder of Ibru Organization.
