Sir,
Re: Citizen Geoffrey Ozoeko’s Salaries Are Important To Him And Members Of His Household.

The Human Rights, Justice And Peace Foundation, Anambra State branch, have received a serious complaint from Citizen Geoffrey Ozoakwo of No. 10 Osamari Street, Fegge, Onitsha South L.G.A, Anambra State, alleging that he was economically punished by your pharmaceutical company.

It is exactly one month and three days since citizen Ozoakwo was unceremoniously shown the way out of your Pharmaceutical   Company, according to citizen Ozoakwo, his sins was that  he graciously told  your manager that henceforth, he will cease from coming to work due to the constant rainfall occasioned by over-flooding within the Iyiowa Odekpe axis and inview of his members of his family resolution.

The said information did not go down with your manager which inturn alerted your son who call you within some hours, the June salary of (N40,000), he had already collected was forcefully taken away by you in a commando style.

Consequently, Citizen Ozoakwo has not been accused of any criminal activities or answer any query since he was employed by your Pharmaceutical Company  over seven months ago.

The foregoing is one of the hundreds of said events allegedly experienced in your Pharmaceutical Company by your workers.

Reports are flooding our secretariat on torrents on weekly bases over an anti working activities and policies.

We Unreservedly Demand As Follows:

1.     That the above mentioned amounts collected by you and all his entitlement be returned and paid within 5 days of this letter.
2.      That a public apology be tendered to citizen Ozoekwo which will appear in two national newspaper for economic trauma he suffered within this period.
3.     That other alleged anti-working conditions should be reviewed and addressed without further delay.

HRJPF is confidence that this precious and brotherly advice will bring this rising tide of social and economic upheavals to an end. We are of the view that it will be dangerous and amounts to sincere ignorance and conscientious fundamental error for your Pharmaceutical Company to turn this brotherly advice down. If within five (5) days after the receipt of this brotherly letter and nothing is done to this effect.

HRJPF maybe compelled to use every available resource within its disposal to effect the exposition of alleged anti-people polices and crime against innocent citizens including massive protest alerting other regulatory agencies like NAFDAC, NLC, ILO among other security agencies.

When this is done, it will definitely ruffle a few feathers and will be phantom nonsensical to negotiate with anybody, legal redress is equally not ruled out should other legal avenue yield no satisfactory result.

We hope that this all important letter will be given its judicious attention it deserved within the above stated days.

Yours Faithfully
