The Economic Community Of West African States(ECOWAS) is planning to send troops to Mali to support the Malian army in its campaigns to take back the northern region of the country from Islamic militants.
An agency report monitored by chidi opara reports informed of an agreement between Mali and ECOWAS.
The agreement which we are not privy to, was said to contain details of the deployment.
