The Imo State House of
Assembly, Friday in a special sitting, unanimously confirmed the appointment of
Justice Pascal Nnadi as Chief Judge of Imo State.
The
confirmation of the nominee for Chief Judge of the state, which was deliberated
at the plenary, in a special sitting of the house, late Friday however,
recorded a large turnout of Honorable members, who unanimously
voted in the affirmative, for the confirmation of Justice Pascal Nnadi as the
new Chief Judge of the state
The
Speaker, Rt. Hon. Benjamin Uwajumogu, who presided over the plenary, while
commending the Honorable members for their genuine believe in the development
of the state and it’s institutions, explained that the plenary was reconvened
in order to give Imo people a substantive Chief Judge, before proceeding on its
Christmas recess.
