We, the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) under the Directorate of State (DOS) wish to dissociate ourselves from the news and stories of the existence of a so-called Biafra Secret Service (BSS). For those who do not know, beginning from the 20th of March, 2017, the IPOB to whom the undersigned are the spokespersons have been organized and administered through a Leadership Team called the Directorate of State (DOS). The Head of the DOS is Mazi Uchenna Asiegbu and the conducts and decisions of the DOS are made through consensus after robust debates among members.
